Boating season is over and Jack Frost will soon close the fairways. The mountainsides are a blaze of colour in anticipation of La Nina, a good omen for the skiers. The July and August weather was well below average in the Valley, yet Fairmont Hot Springs experienced high visitor numbers making reservations essential.

Highland Woods has recently secured approval for its archaeological assessment and implemented debris flow flood mitigation at Coldstream Creek, paving the way for the final stages of master planning for single-family homesites and mountainside duplexes.

Currently available is a new single-family lot community featuring fully serviced lots with mountain views, tranquil surroundings, and convenient access to Fairmont’s prime amenities, including golf, skiing, hot springs, lakes, trails, and local shops.

Lots vary in size and topography, offering flexibility for walk-out, rancher, and multi-storey designs, with prices starting at $140,000.
